How Your Personal Data May Be Processed

Pursuant to Law No. 6698, your personal data shared with acc473targettra_trade.de may be obtained, recorded, stored, modified, reorganized, and processed by us, in whole or in part, through automatic or non-automatic means, provided that it is part of any data recording system. In order to duly perform the requirements of the services we provide to our customers in accordance with contractual and technological requirements, and to improve our products and services;

For the purposes of recording identity, address, and other necessary information to identify transaction holders within the scope of the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the Regulation on Service Providers and Intermediary Service Providers in Electronic Commerce published in the Official Gazette dated 26.08.2015 and numbered 29457, the Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette dated 27.11.2014 and numbered 29188, and other relevant legislation; arranging all records and documents, whether electronic or in physical form, that constitute the basis of transactions; complying with data retention, reporting, and information obligations required by legislation and other authorities; providing information to public prosecutors, courts, and authorized public officials in matters of public security and legal disputes when required by law; offering our members a wide range of opportunities or sharing such opportunities with persons or institutions that can provide them within the legal framework;

Your personal data shall be processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and the relevant secondary legislation.

Information on Third Parties or Institutions to Whom Your Personal Data May Be Transferred

For the purposes stated above, the persons and/or institutions to whom your personal data shared with acc473targettra_trade.de may be transferred include our main shareholders, shareholders, direct or indirect domestic and/or foreign affiliates; primarily member companies using the acc473targettra_trade.de infrastructure; persons and institutions related to the services provided; and, without limitation, our business partners, program partner organizations, domestic and foreign institutions, and other third parties from whom we receive services or with whom we cooperate in the capacity of Data Processor in order to carry out our activities.

Method of Collecting Your Personal Data

Through forms on the acc473targettra_trade.de website and mobile applications, data such as name, surname, Turkish ID number, address, telephone number, business or personal e-mail address; user preferences on pages accessed via username and password, IP records of transactions performed, cookie data collected by the browser, browsing duration and details, and location data;

Through our conferences, training and consultancy services, sales and marketing department employees, paper-based forms, business cards, digital marketing channels, and call centers, in verbal, written, or electronic form;

Your Personal Data Obtained Before the Entry into Force of KVKK

Personal data lawfully obtained before the effective date of KVKK, 7 April 2016, through membership, electronic communication consent, purchase of products/services, or other means, are also processed and stored in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your personal data collected by any of the methods specified above may be transferred, provided that it remains within the scope of KVKK and in accordance with contractual purposes, to service intermediaries located abroad (in countries accredited by the Personal Data Protection Board and deemed to have adequate protection for personal data), whether processed in Türkiye or processed and stored outside of Türkiye.

Storage and Protection of Personal Data

Pursuant to Article 12 of KVKK, acc473targettra_trade.de is obliged to take all necessary technical and administrative measures, including software-based measures such as hashing, encryption, logging, and access management, as well as physical security measures, in order to prevent unlawful processing of personal data, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure the protection and security of systems and databases where personal data is stored. In the event that personal data is obtained unlawfully by third parties, the situation will be promptly reported in writing to the Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with legal regulations.

Keeping Your Personal Data Accurate and Up to Date

Pursuant to Article 4 of KVKK, acc473targettra_trade.de has an obligation to keep your personal data accurate and up to date. In this context, in order for acc473targettra_trade.de to fulfill its obligations arising from current legislation, our customers are required to share accurate and up-to-date data or update their information via the website and/or mobile application.
